Jamie Reff-Wagner is an attorney in the law firm of Mullen & Guttman PLLC. Jamie assists clients throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding communities with estate planning, probate and estate administration, cabin planning, special needs planning, asset preservation, family business succession, planning for children, planning for incapacity, revocable living trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney and health care directives.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jamie worked for her family’s real estate and land development business for a number of years. She started her legal career in general civil practice, providing assistance in estate planning and probate, real estate law, business law, employment law and family law. Her experience helps her address client’s estate planning goals and estate administration needs.
Jamie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, where she double-majored in Legal Studies in Business and Marketing Management. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. While in law school, she assisted clients in the St. Thomas Elder Law Clinic, interned for two District Court judges, and received three Dean’s Awards. In addition, she received the Legal Community Service Recognition Award for volunteering over two-hundred hours. Jamie is admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota.
Jamie currently resides in the southern metro with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading Vince Flynn’s book series, fishing, and spending time on Sanibel Island.
