Emily Palmer is an attorney in the law firm of Mullen & Guttman PLLC. Emily assists clients throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding communities with estate planning, probate and estate administration, cabin planning, asset preservation, planning for children, planning for incapacity, revocable living trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney and health care directives.
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree from Creighton University (Omaha, Nebraska), where she majored in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing and a specialization in Strategic Communications. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. While in law school, Emily externed for a District Court Judge and assisted clients in the St. Thomas Elder Law Clinic. Additionally, Emily worked as a Research Assistant to a Professor at the law school. Emily is admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota.
Emily currently resides in the western metro, where she grew up. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going up to the cabin, cooking new recipes, volunteering and watching Creighton basketball.
